Who is my child's teacher?

Class lists will not be posted on the office windows on August 6 as planned. Instead you can find your teacher’s name in the Aeries Parent Portal. Here is how you can see your teacher:
 
Complete the Data Confirmation process in Aeries.
  • An email was sent to you on Monday, July 16, 2021 regarding data confirmation. With parent data confirmation instead of filling out 1st day enrollment packets of multiple documents (emergency cards, income survey, etc.) you will do this electronically for EACH of your children attending school this year.
  • To complete this process you must have an existing Aeries Parent Portal account. It is highly recommended to use a computer to update your child’s data because it does not work as well on a phone. You can use your child’s Chromebook or come to the Smythe office and use a Chromebook we have available in the office for you.
  • If you have created an account but forgot your password, simply click the Forgot Password button and follow the link. Your user name is the email we have on file.
  • If you have not created an account, please email stu.service@twinriversusd.org for help creating one.
  • For help you can also call our Office Manager, Jenny Koons, at 566-2740.
  • When you log in to your Aeries Parent Portal account, you will be prompted to begin the Data Confirmation process. Please review and update your student's information and make sure to click Save and Continue to move through each section.  
 By 8/6/2021 you will be able to see your child’s teacher, if you have completed the Data Confirmation process.
